Day 1

Today you arrive to your hotel in Istanbul ready for the adventure of a lifetime to begin. This evening we will meet our fellow travelers at a welcome dinner fit for Sultans. (Dinner)

Day 2

We will head out today for a full day exploring Istanbul. We will be visiting all the highlights of this fascinating metropolis of a city. We will explore the stunningly beautiful Blue Mosque, the awe-inspiring Hagia Sofia, the unbelievable underground cistern with the Medusa heads, and the Dolmabahce Palace. We will taste some of the best Turkish delights and baklava in the spice market. In the afternoon we will take a cruise on the Bosphorous as we cross between two continents and relax while taking in the sights and sounds of where Asia and Europe meet. (Breakfast)

Day 3

This morning we welcome an early start as we depart Istanbul for our special pilgrimage to Gallipoli. We make our way to Anzac cove in anticipation of the upcoming commemorations where we will pay our respects to our forefathers. We will overnight at Anzac cove. Sleeping bags will be provided but you can bring your own if you prefer. (Breakfast)

Day 4

ANZAC DAY - Awake on the cove to attend what is sure to be a memorable and moving Dawn Service. Afterward, we begin the walk to Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair for individual Australian and New Zealand commemorations. Once the commemorations are over we will take the ferry across the strait to Canakkale which is in the Asian part of Turkey. This afternoon we will visit the famed ancient Greek city of Troy and overnight in Bergama. (Dinner)

Day 5

Today we visit another ancient city at the acropolis of Pergamon where was the home of the famous Zeus altar. A highlight is an absolutely huge and steepest amphitheater. Later that day we will cross the countryside to the Izmir region and overnight in the vibrant and exciting seaside town of Kusadasi. (Breakfast)

Day 6

We drive to the biggest and one of the best-preserved ancient cities in Turkey. The city of Ephesus will be one of the highlights for you. After exploring Ephesus we will be making our way to the ancient city of Hieropolis and the highly instagrammable Pamukkale calcium terraces where we will spend the night. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 7

Today is a day you have been waiting for as you are about to hit up the Turkish Riviera and the wonderful Fethiye region with its amazing turquoise coastline. This afternoon we board our premium gullet and set sail. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 8

This morning we awake to a freshly prepared breakfast. The next two days will be the ultimate in relaxation sailing the Turquoise Coast. It's early in the summer season but the water is still warm enough to swim in. You won't be able to resist diving into that liquid turquoise at any one of our numerous swim stops. Keep your eyes peeled for turtles and dolphins as if we’re lucky we may just see some. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 9

Sailing on the gulet. Carry on relaxing and soaking up those Meditteranean summer rays. Read your book, watch the stunning views go by, and enjoy the feasts that are being delivered to your table by our very own personal chef. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 10

Today we disembark our gullet. No need to feel too sad about leaving the turquoise coast behind as we depart for another beautiful Turkish resort town, Antalya. We will journey via the stunning Saklikent gorge where we will get to try the best Gozleme in Turkey. Overnight in Antalya. Join us for an optional seafood meal tonight (Breakfast, Lunch)

Day 11

Today we depart for the incredible region of Capadoccia. We will travel via the religious heart of Konya, the resting place of the greatly loved mystic poet.; Rumi. Have your cameras ready as it is a very scenic drive today. We will see mountains covered in snow and you may not believe how green the interior of this beautiful country is. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 12

Make sure you have a fully charged camera or phone ready for a full day exploring the incredible world heritage region of Cappadoccia. The day will be jampacked with activities interspersed with free time at the different scenic spots we visit today. Be prepared to have your senses tantalized by the amazing sites of this region. There is nowhere else quite like it on earth. We will visit an underground city, a castle inside a rock, the world-famous fairy chimnies. There is the option to take a Hot Air Balloon ride this morning weather permitting. (Breakfast)

Day 13

Depart for Turkey's capital, Ankara. The father of the Turks moved the capital from Istanbul to Ankara in 1923. Visit the mausoleum of one of the world's great leaders Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Yep same man! After this, we will journey a little further to visit the tomb of legendary King Midas and we will overnight in a vibrant student town Eskisehir. (Breakfast)

Day 14

Depart for our return to the metropolis that spans two continents and back to where we began.Free afternoon for last-minute visits and shopping. This evening we can toast to a successful tour of Turkey, new friends, and enjoy the delicious cuisine of Turkey one last time. (Breakfast, Farewell Dinner)

Day 15

Today the adventure is over and we say farewell to our new family and friends. We think you will want to return to this spectacular country again soon. (Breakfast)
